Lean on the experience of someone else.

I have lived a lifetime surrounding physical and mental improvement. It’s all included in overall body health. I have trained under Olympic World Record holders, former Pro Football players, Division 1 NCAA weight training coaches, and battle-hardened drill sergeants. I’ve taken their experiences to create my own lifetime experiences of body health.

With all the information available today, anyone can lose weight on their own time without the need of a coach. Many people succeed with their own drive and motivation, where others have fallen short many times. I will always put out free content to help those people that do it alone. If you find that you aren’t seeing the changes you want to see, working by yourself, I will be here if you need.

I’ve been in peak physical condition as well as overweight and I find more joy in life when my body doesn’t hold me back. Any journey of Body Mastery is done alone in the mind of the person traveling, but when you have someone there helping you along the way, your success can be quicker and better. Combining mindful eating with active living is my key to healthy living.
